Aleksandra – Owner and Head Trainer
Aleksandra has over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. She worked in the Netherlands as a group fitness instructor (Les Mills), personal trainer, medical trainer, fitness manager.
During her own pregnancy she started to develop some longer back pain problems which occured after her lessons. After special exercise and advice from her friend who is a physiotherapist she kept jogging and was able to give lessons until the 8 month of her pregnancy. This inspired her to specialize in parental and postpartum fitness and exercise.
